The Best Job Ever

Good morning Uganda and to the world,

Today we embark on a journey of 14 days around Uganda’. We have dubbed this tour, ‘The Best Job Ever; a discovery road trip geared towards geo-referencing content to showcase accessible attractions and activities for local and international visitors. The trip intends to inform but also bring back memories of some favorite wild zones, but also cause hope for both tourists and tourism professionals of the better days that are soon to come. Around this time every year, the tourism business in Uganda is the busiest; this is often the time when the country reaps the biggest amount of revenue from this multifaceted sector as many tourists flock to enjoy their long summer holidays in African countries like ours. We hope to bring some of those experiences to your living room, in the next two weeks.

We would like in a special way to thank all our friends and family that have offered unfathomable support. We appreciate all our virtual tourists who are joining this journey digitally to share some of their own experiences but more specifically to all our campaign partners for their invaluable contributions to this campaign.

My old folks call me Jonathan Benaiah but I prefer to go by as “The Ugandan Tourist“. I love to travel, write, take photos (of nature mostly). Ask me my best kind of trips and I'll tell you that it's those moments which allow me enough time in the African bush.
